Remarks:
The Board of Directors of the Company had on 1 November 2022 approved the change of the financial year end from 30 April to 31 December.  The next set of Audited Accounts shall be for a period of 8 months from 1 May 2022 to 31 December 2022.  The rationale for changing to calendar year-end is to facilitate the management in the yearly budgeting and forecasting internally and with major customers.
