We refer to the announcements dated 16 August 2022 and 26 August 2022 in relation to the Proposed Rights Issue.

Reference is made to the first announcement in relation to the Proposed Rights Issue dated 16 August 2022 (“First Announcement”).

On behalf of the Board, Kenanga IB wishes to announce that the Company has resolved to revise the entitlement ratio, nominal value of RCULS, illustrative conversion price of RCULS and illustrative exercise price of Warrants E in respect of the Proposed Rights Issue (“Revision”).

The consequential changes to the information pertaining to the Proposed Rights Issue as set out in the First Announcement arising from the Revision are set out in the attachment.
