Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 27 May 2022, 10 June 2022, 12 October 2022, 19 October 2022, 26 October 2022 and 31 October 2022 in relation to the Transfer Listing (“Announcement”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as previously defined in the Announcement.

On behalf of the Board, HLIB wishes to announce that the listing of and quotation for the entire issued share capital and Warrants of Mobilia have been transferred from ACE Market to Main Market of Bursa Securities with effect from 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, 3 November 2022, marking the completion of the Transfer Listing.
