We refer to the Company’s announcements made on 24 June 2022, 10 June 2022, 9 June 2022 and 4 June 2022. Unless otherwise stated, the definitions and terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the previous announcements. The Board of Directors of GIIB Holdings Berhad (“Company”) wishes to inform that the court has allowed the application to strike out GIIB Healthcare Products Sdn. Bhd. as a party to the legal suit with costs. The Company will seek further legal advice on the next course of action.
