Reference is made to the announcement made by the Company on 7 June 2022 pertaining to the resignation of Auditors.

The Board of Directors of AGESON wishes to announce that the Board had on 4 November 2022 approved the Audit Committee's recommendation to appoint Messrs. STYL Associates PLT as the new auditors of the Company for the financial year ending 31 December 2022 upon received the written consent to act as Auditors of the Company dated 26 October 2022, after taking into account, inter alia, the proposed audit fee, profile, competence, quality and resource capacity of Messrs. STYL Associates PLT.
