We refer to the announcements dated 29 March 2022, 29 April 2022, 1 June 2022, 8 June 2022, 29 June 2022 and 18 October 2022 in relation to the Proposed Share Split (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise stated, words and phrases used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the Announcements.
On behalf of the Board, HLIB wishes to announce that based on the number of APT Shares on the Book Closure Date of 4 November 2022, a total of 82,017,000 Subdivided Shares (including 2,480,064 APT Shares held as treasury shares) will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Securities with effect from 9.00 a.m. on Monday, 7 November 2022, being the next market day immediately after the Book Closure Date.
