We refer to the announcements dated 29 March 2022, 29 April 2022, 1 June 2022, 8 June 2022, 29 June 2022, 18 October 2022 and 4 November 2022 in relation to the Share Split (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise stated, words and phrases used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the Announcements.


On behalf of the Board, HLIB wishes to announce that the Share Split has been completed following the listing and quotation of 82,017,000 Subdivided Shares (including 2,480,064 APT Shares held as treasury shares) on the Main Market of Bursa Securities on 7 November 2022.
