Fraser & Neave Holdings Bhd (“Company”) hereby announces that the Company intends to seek the approval of its shareholders for the Proposals at the forthcoming annual general meeting.
The Share Buy-Back Statement and the Circular to Shareholders for the Proposed Shareholders’ Mandate will be sent out to shareholders together with the Company’s Annual Report.
As regards the Proposed Dividend, the entitlement date and payment date will be announced in due course.
