-	DEVELOPMENT RIGHTS AGREEMENT BETWEEN PLUTOVEST SDN BHD, A WHOLLY-OWNED SUBSIDIARY OF MIB AND ATURAN PRISMA SDN BHD FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF A PARCEL OF FREEHOLD LAND LOCATED IN DAERAH MELAKA TENGAH, NEGERI MELAKA

Reference is made to the Company’s announcements on 16 August 2021 and 18 August 2021 in relation to the Proposed Grant of Developmental Rights (“Earlier Announcements”). Unless otherwise stated, the defined terms used in this announcement shall carry the same meaning as those defined in the Earlier Announcements.

 

The Board of Directors of MIB wishes to announce that the following conditions precedent have been fulfilled:-

 

  1. the approval from the Relevant Authority to transfer the Land from PR1MA to APSB and registered itself as the registered proprietor of the Land; and
  2. the approval from the Relevant Authority to remove the PR1MA Moratorium.

 

Accordingly, the DRA has become unconditional.
