Unless stated otherwise, the terms used herein shall carry the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcements in relation to the Proposals. We refer to the earlier announcements dated 26 July 2022 in relation to the Proposals. On behalf of the Board of Directors of NWP ("Board"), UOBKH wishes to announce that NOOA Marine Sdn Bhd ("NOOA" or "JV Co") had on 10 November 2022 entered into a novation agreement with OneOne Auro Sdn Bhd ("OOA") and OneOne Auro Marine Sdn Bhd ("OOA Marine"), for OOA Marine to novate all its rights, liabilities, benefits, interests, duties and obligations under the Sand Dredging Contract (as defined herein) to NOOA in order to facilitate the JV Operations (as defined herein) of NOOA ("Novation Agreement").
