Further to the Company's announcement made on 10 November 2022 in relation to the resignation of Messrs. Russell Bedford LC PLT as Auditors of the Company, the Board of Directors wishes to announce that Messrs. Russell Bedford LC PLT tendered their resignation due to challenging time in maintaining their thin audit resources.
Further announcement will be made by the Company on the appointment of a replacement Auditors in due course.
