Reference is made to the Company's announcements made on 5 October 2021 and 6 October 2021 in relation to the Letter of Award ("LOA") by TNB Engineering Corporation Sdn. Bhd. ("TNEC") to Atlantic Blue Sdn. Bhd. ("ABSB"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company.

Further to the acceptance of LOA awarded by TNEC to ABSB on 5 October 2021, the Board of Directors of Solarvest (“Board”) wishes to announce that ABSB had on 11 November 2022 entered into an engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning (“EPCC”) sub-contract (“EPCC Sub-Contract”) with TNEC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tenaga Nasional Berhad, in relation to the appointment of ABSB as the EPCC sub-contractor for the development of a 50WMac large scale solar photovoltaic (“PV”) project at Bukit Selambau, Kedah (“Project”).
