Reference is made to the announcement of Dancomech dated 2 November 2022 in relation to the resignation of Grant Thornton Malaysia PLT as the Auditors of the Company.

The Board of Directors of Dancomech wishes to announce that TGS TW PLT, having consented to act, has been appointed as the Auditors of the Company with effect from 14 November 2022 and to hold office until the conclusion of the next annual general meeting of the Company.
