Reference is made to the Company’s announcement made on 25 October 2022 in respect of the Appointment as an agent for Malaysia Premium Visa Programme (“PVIP”) (“Announcement”). Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations used herein shall have the same meaning as those mentioned in the Announcement.

The Board of Directors of AHB wishes to provide the additional information in relation to the Company’s announcement made on 25 October 2022 in relation to the Announcement are as follows: -

Pursuant to the letter issued by the IDM, the salient terms, among others, are as follows:-

1. The Company is required to make a deposit of 10% of the participation fee for each approved quota to the Government within 30 days from 21 October 2022; and
2. Failure of paying the 10% deposit within the stipulated time will be resulted in the cancellation of the approval.
