On behalf of the Board, Malacca Securities wishes to announce that the Company and Insas had on 14 November 2022 entered into a supplemental SSPA to vary certain terms of the SSPA.
IIn addition, on behalf of the Board, Malacca Securities wishes to announce that the Proposed Acquisition is deemed as a related party transaction in accordance with paragraph 10.08 of the LR and MainStreet’s role as Independent Adviser for the Proposed Disposals and Proposed Exemption was also extended to include the Proposed Acquisition.
