Reference is made to the First Announcement made on 11 January 2018 and the monthly announcements made by the Company in relation to the Company being classified as a Practice Note 17 (“PN 17”) Issuer pursuant to the requirements under PN17 of the Main Market Listing Requirements (collectively referred to as “Announcements”) of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”).

(Unless otherwise stated, the words and abbreviations used herein shall have the same meaning as those defined in the Announcements.)

The Board of Directors of CAP wishes to announce that, the Company has today submitted an appeal against Bursa Securities’ decision to de-list CAP and removal of its securities from the Official List of Bursa Securities on 23 November 2022 pursuant to Paragraph 8.04(5) of the Main LR.

In the event the Company submitted the appeal to Bursa Securities on or before 17 November 2022 (“the Appeal Timeframe”), the de-listing of the securities on 23 November 2022 will be deferred pending the decision on the Company’s appeal.
