This announcement is dated 17 November 2022.
Reference is made to the Company’s earlier announcement dated 1 August 2022 and the circular to shareholders in relation to the Proposed Puncak Alam Land Acquisition dated 1 November 2022 (“Circular”) and the outcome of extraordinary general meeting dated 16 November 2022 in relation to the Proposed Puncak Alam Land Acquisition. Unless stated otherwise, abbreviations and definitions used throughout this announcement shall bear the same meaning as those defined in the Circular.
On behalf of the Board, Malacca Securities wishes to announce that the conditions precedent set out in the Acquisition SPA has been fulfilled. Accordingly, the Acquisition SPA has on 17 November 2022 become unconditional. |
