| Outcome of Meeting | The Board of Directors of Industronics Berhad ("ITRONIC") wishes to announce that all the Ordinary Resolutions set out in the Notice of the Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") of the Company dated 3 November 2022 and tabled at the said EGM held today, 18 November 2022 were duly passed by poll. The results of the poll are set out in the attachment below.
The results of the poll were validated by Coresec PLT, the Independent Scrutineer appointed by ITRONIC.
