We refer to the Company’s announcements made on 16 November 2022 in relation to the resignation of Ecovis Malaysia PLT as the External Auditors of the Company.

The Board of Directors of DFCITY wishes to announce that the resignation of Ecovis Malaysia PLT is on a voluntary basis due to lack of sufficient resources to perform audit services.

The Board of Directors of DFCITY also wishes to announce that TGS TW PLT, having consented to act as the auditors of the Company pursuant to Section 264(5) of the Companies Act 2016, has been appointed as the Auditors of the Company with effect from 21 November 2022 for the financial year ending 31 December 2022.
