Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 23 August 2022 in relation to the MOU between PGS and Solaroo (“Announcement”).
Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcement shall apply herein.
DRB-HICOM wishes to inform that PGS is still in the midst of discussion with Solaroo on the potential strategic cooperation with regard to the salient terms of the MOU. Any material and significant development will be updated accordingly. Save as disclosed above, all provisions contained in the MOU shall remain in full force and effect.
