| Working experience and occupation | Ms. Jancy Oh Suan Tin ("Ms. Jancy") started her career in 1997 under the Hong Leong Group. In 2001 to 2006, she joined DuPont de Nemour Inc, a US multinational company based in its Malaysian office, and was with Palm Oleo Sdn. Bhd. (under KLK Group); before joining LTKM Berhad in 2008. Ms. Jancy has approximately 25 years working experience which includes areas of accounting, financial management, risk management, due diligence, corporate exercises, corporate governance, compliance, banking relations, internal controls, taxation, regulatory and other corporate related areas.
Currently Ms. Jancy is LTKM's Group Financial Controller and the officer primarily responsible for LTKM Berhad's financial management and reporting. |
