Reference is made to the Company’s announcements on 20 December 2021, 27 January 2022 and 22 March 2022 pertaining to the flood incident that affected the Factory.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the insurer has made a payment of RM2,572,830.25 to its wholly-owned subsidiary, Notion Venture Sdn Bhd as full and final settlement of the flood loss at the Factory.
