The Board of Directors of CCIB (“Board”) is pleased to announce that the Company had on 22 November 2022 entered into a share sale agreement (“SSA”) with Match Pty Ltd [ACN 151 010 730] (“Match” or “Vendor”) for the proposed acquisition of 58.5% equity interest in M Property for a total purchase consideration of Australian Dollar (“AUD”) One Million Three Hundred Thousand (AUD1,300,000.00) (“Purchase Price”) ("Proposed Acquisition").
