We are pleased to announce the offering by RHBIB of up to 35,000,000 non-collateralised European-style cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of FRONTKN by way of market making. The FRONTKN-C23 is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. The FRONTKN-C23 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 19 October 2022. The FRONTKN-C23 is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 21 October 2022. The salient terms of the FRONTKN-C23 are set out in the attachment.
