Lotte Chemical Titan Holding Berhad ("LCT") is pleased to announce that notwithstanding its dividend policy is to pay approximately 50% of its consolidated financial year Profit after Tax and Minority Interests (PATAMI) after taking into account working capital and maintenance capital expenditure requirements, the Board of Directors of LCT has declared a special single tier dividend of 13.98 sen per share for the financing year ending 31 December 2022 out of the retained earnings. This special dividend will be payable on 29 December 2022.
