Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 24 November 2021, and 24 February 2022, 24 May 2022 and 24 August 2022 in relation to the MOU signed between Pecca and MARii (“Announcements”).
Unless otherwise defined, the definitions as set out in the Announcements shall apply therein.
The Company wishes to inform that MARii has recommended Pecca to join MARii improvement program via Automotive Supplier Excellence Program (ASEP), after the Supplier Competitiveness Level (SCL) assessment.
Currently, the key personnel from Pecca are attending two MARii ASEP programs which are Risk Management and Just-In Time (JIT) & Built In Quality.
The Company will make the appropriate update announcement in due course if there is any material development.
