The Board of Directors of the Company had on 25 November 2022 approved the change of the financial year end of the Company from 31 December to 30 June. The next financial year will be commencing from 1 January 2022 to 30 June 2023, covering a period of 18 months. Thereafter, the subsequent financial year shall end on 30 June annually.

The rationale for the change is to allow for better availability of resources to strengthen the Groups operations and to focus on the Groups business plans.
