Reference is made to the announcement dated 27 August 2021, 29 October 2021, 8 December 2021, 17 February 2022, 27 April 2022, 23 June 2022, 6 September 2022, 30 September 2022, 31 October 2022 and 15 November 2022 in relation to the Writ of Summons and Statement of Claim to Brilliant Propel Sdn. Bhd. ("The Defendant").

The Company wishes to inform that the decision has yet to be received from the Court which was actually expected to receive on 24 November 2022 (Thursday). Our solicitors will follow up with the Court's interpreter for this matter. 

The Company shall continue to make announcement on the development of the case from time to time accordingly.
