The Board of Directors of KSB wishes to announce that the Adjourned Court Convened Meeting (“CCM”) with the Creditor under the Proposed Scheme E scheduled on 25 November 2022 has been adjourned to 9 December 2022 at 10.00 a.m. at Lot 1819-1824, Jalan Kolej, 43300 Seri Kembangan, Selangor Darul Ehsan.

Further announcement will be made once the CCM for Creditor under the Proposed Scheme E has been concluded.
