We refer to the announcements made on 28 October 2022 in relation to the Company’s Notice of the Fifth Annual General Meeting (“5th AGM”) and 16 November 2022 in relation to the Company’s Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting pursuant to the Proposed Bonus Issue of Warrants (“EGM”) respectively.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to inform that the date of the General Meeting Record of Depositors, as stated in the Notice of the 5th AGM and EGM, will be changed from 28 November 2022 to 29 November 2022 due to the closure of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 28 November 2022 in conjunction with the special public holiday announced by the Prime Minister, YAB Dato’ Seri Haji Anwar bin Ibrahim.
