GENM refers to its announcement dated 15 September 2022, wherein GENM’s indirect subsidiary, GMM S.A. (“GMM”) had on 14 September 2022 submitted a bid to the Macau SAR Government for the award of a new 10-year gaming concession for the operation of casino games of fortune in Macau SAR. 
 
In this connection, GENM wishes to announce that GMM has not been successful in its bid. Nonetheless, GENM would like to express its appreciation to the Macau SAR Government for the opportunity to participate in the bid process.
