(Unless otherwise defined in this announcement, all terms used herein shall have the same meaning as those defined in the announcements dated 28 March 2022 and 25 May 2022 in relation to the Proposals (“Announcements”)).
On behalf of the Board, Astramina Advisory wishes to announce the following:
1. The parties to the SSA mutually agreed to extend the Conditional Period of the SSA;
2. The parties to the AEA mutually agreed to cease any further negotiations on the AEA; and
3. The parties to the DSCSSA had confirm to waive the requirement on the inter-conditionality of the AEA and the DSCSSA, and extend the Conditional Period of the DSCSSA.
