We refer to our previous announcements made on 15 December 2020, 19 August 2021 and 14 September 2021, in relation to a formal report lodged to the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (“MACC”) on 25 November 2020 by Deleum Technology Solutions Sdn Bhd (formerly known as Deleum Primera Sdn Bhd) (“the Subsidiary”), an indirect subsidiary of Deleum.

The Board of Directors of Deleum wishes to announce that the Subsidiary has, on 25 November 2022, received a letter dated 24 November 2022 from the MACC which confirms the following :

1. the Anti-Money Laundering Department of MACC has completed its investigation against the Subsidiary; and
2. there will be no prosecution against the Subsidiary under the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission Act 2009 or Anti-Money Laundering, Anti-Terrorism Financing and Proceeds of Unlawful Activities Act 2001.
