The terms used herein shall, unless the context otherwise stated, bear the same meaning as those defined in the circular to the shareholders of LITRAK Holdings dated on 14 July 2022 (“Circular”). Unless otherwise defined, capitalised terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Circular.

Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 13 October 2022 and 1 November 2022 in relation to the Company’s plan to distribute the disposal considerations from the disposal of LITRAK and SPRINT by way of a special cash dividend and capital repayment ("Proposed Distributions").

In line with the Company’s Proposed Distributions plan, the Company had on 17 November 2022 paid a Special Dividend of RM4.57 per ordinary share. Any further developments on the Proposed Distributions will be announced accordingly.
