Pursuant to Practice Note No. 11 of the MMLR, the Board of Directors of Pacific & Orient Berhad ("P&O") wishes to announce that the aggregate amount of financial assistance provided as at 30 September 2022 pursuant to ordinary course of business of its wholly-owned subsidiary, P & O Capital Sdn Bhd, a money lending company is set out in the attachment below.

The provision of financial assistance has no significant impact on the net assets and earnings of P & O Group for the current financial year.
