The terms used herein, unless the context otherwise stated, bear the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcements in relation to the Private Placement. We refer to the earlier announcements dated 8 July 2022, 19 July 2022, 18 August 2022 and 22 August 2022 in relation to the Private Placement. On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that the Board has on 30 November 2022 resolved to fix the issue price for the first tranche of the Private Placement at RM0.6721 per Placement Share. The issue price of RM0.6721 per Placement Share represents a discount of approximately 9.99% to the 5-day VWAP of MGRC Shares up to and including 29 November 2022, being the last traded day of MGRC Shares immediately preceding the price-fixing date, of RM0.7467 per MGRC Share.
