Further to the Company’s announcements dated 17 October 2022, 25 October 2022 and 27 October 2022 delay in issuance of the Annual Report for the financial year ended 30 June 2022 [“Annual Report 2022”], the Board of Directors wishes to announce that the Company is unable to issue and submit its Annual Report by 30 November 2022, the expected timeline from 31 October 2022.

The further delay was mainly due to the Auditors is unable to reconcile the existence of the plant and machinery against the list of Assets provided by the Management. In view of that, the Auditors require more time to identify the existence of the plant and machinery.

Taking into consideration the above, the expected issuance date of  Annual Report 2022 is contingent upon the finalization of the identification of assets by the Auditors.

The Company will make the necessary announcements on the progress of the above matter accordingly.
