Cash Settlement Amount = Number of INARI-C1K x (Closing Price - Exercise Price) x (1/Exercise Ratio)
= Number of INARI-C1K x (RM2.6736 - RM2.60) x (1/3)
= Number of INARI-C1K x RM0.0245
The Closing Price of RM2.6736 was determined based on the arithmetic mean of daily volume weighted average market price of INARI shares for the 5 market days prior to and including the market day on the Expiry Date.
The Cash Settlement Amount shall be made by way of cheque or such other mode as may be approved by Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad and determined by us, within 7 market days from the Expiry Date. The cheques will be delivered to holders of INARI-C1K by ordinary post.
