We refer to the Company’s announcements dated 15 December 2021, 24 February 2022, 4 April 2022, 29 April 2022, 31 May 2022, 30 June 2022, 29 July 2022, 30 August 2022, 29 September 2022 and 31 October 2022 (“Announcements”) respectively. Unless otherwise stated, the definitions and terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the Announcements. The Board of Directors of the Company would like to announce that there is no material development on the status of default in payment save for those had been announced to Bursa Securities. Nonetheless, the Board of Directors of the Company would like to announce that the Company’s wholly owned subsidiary, Serba Dinamik Group Berhad received a Legal Notice of Recall Cum Termination pursuant to the Tawarruq Term Financing-I Facility Agreement.
