Fourth preferential dividend to the holders of Redeemable Preference Shares ("RPS") at a dividend rate of 5.0% per annum per RPS payable semi-annually in arrears, for the period from 30 June 2022 to 30 December 2022.

Kindly be advised of the following : 

1)  The above Company's securities will be traded and quoted "Ex - Dividend” as from: 14 Dec 2022
2)  The last date of lodgment : 15 Dec 2022
3)  Date Payable : 30 Dec 2022

Remarks :-

In accordance with the Constitution of Omesti Berhad, the RPS shall entitle the RPS holders to receive a preferential dividend of 5.0% per annum per RPS payable semi-annually in arrears. The fourth preferential dividend is for the period from 30 June 2022 to 30 December 2022.
