BONUS ISSUE OF UP TO 162,500,000 WARRANTS ("WARRANTS") ON THE BASIS OF 1 WARRANT FOR EVERY 2 EXISTING ECONFRAME SHARES HELD AS AT 5.00 P.M. ON 15 DECEMBER 2022 ("BONUS ISSUE OF WARRANTS")
 

Kindly be advised of the following :

1)    The above Company’s securities will be traded and quoted “EX-BONUS ISSUE” as from: 14 Dec 2022
2)    The last date of lodgment : 15 Dec 2022

Remarks :-

The Bonus Issue of Warrants will entail the issuance of up to 162,500,000 Warrants to be credited as fully paid-up on the basis of 1 Warrant for every 2 existing Econframe Shares held by the entitled shareholders.

The Warrants will be listed and quoted on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") on 27 December 2022, being 2 market days after the submission of the quotation application for Warrants to Bursa Securities.

The notices of allotment for the Warrants will be issued and despatched to all entitled shareholders not later than 4 market days after the date of the listing and quotation of the Warrants on the ACE Market of Bursa Securities.
