In compliance with paragraph 4.1 of PN 17 and further to the announcements made on 6 January 2022, 3 February 2022,1 March 2022, 1 April 2022, 5 May 2022, 1 June 2022, 1 July 2022, 1 August 2022, 1 September 2022, 3 October 2022 and 1 November 2022, the Board of Directors of SDHB wishes to inform that the Company is looking into formulating a plan to regularise its financial condition (“Regularisation Plan”) and the Company has approximately one (1) month to submit its Regularisation Plan to the relevant authorities for approval. The Company will make the necessary announcement on the Regularisation Plan in accordance with the requirements under PN 17. This announcement is dated 1 December 2022. |
