The Board of Directors of Cuscapi wishes to announce that the Company had on 1 December 2022 disposed of 4,500,000 ordinary shares in MY E.G. via open market for a total consideration of RM4,239,868.75 (“the Disposal”).
Arising from the Disposal, the shareholdings of Cuscapi in MY E.G. will reduce to 11,899,119 ordinary shares, 0.159%.
