We refer to the Company’s announcements dated 1 March 2022, 4 March 2022, 29 April 2022, 13 May 2022, 14 June 2022, 4 July 2022, 26 July 2022 and 25 November 2022 in relation to the Proposed 40% Private Placement (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein. On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that the Board has, on 2 December 2022 (“Price-fixing Date”), resolved to fix the issue price at RM0.0912 per Placement Share (“Issue Price”). The Issue Price represents a discount of RM0.0227 or approximately 19.93% to the 5D-VWAP of the ordinary share of the Company (“IGB Share”) on 1 December 2022, being the last market day before the Price-fixing Date, of RM0.1139 per IGB Share.
