The terms used herein, unless the context otherwise stated, bear the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcement in relation to the Proposed Acquisition.

We refer to the earlier announcements dated 19 October 2022 and 1 November 2022 in relation to the Proposed Acquisition.

On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that a withdrawal request of the listing application for the Proposed Acquisition dated 1 November 2022, has been submitted to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") on 5 December 2022. The relevant announcement in relation to the resubmission of the listing application will be made in due course.
