Further to the announcements made on 1 June 2022, 2 June 2022 and 8 September 2022, the Company wishes to announce the updates in respect of the Penang High Court (Originating Summons No. PA-24NCvC-459-05/2022) Jingshi Holdings (M) Sdn Bhd (“Plaintiff”) v. MBL (“Defendant”).
MBL’s solicitors had updated the Company that the Court has rescheduled the hearing date from 7 December 2022 to 6 January 2023.
