The Company has on 7 December 2022 received Messrs Crowe Malaysia PLT's letter of resignation dated 7 December 2022 ("Notice") as Auditors pursuant to Section 281 of the Companies Act 2016 and its terms of office will end from the date of this Notice.

The resignation of Messrs Crowe Malaysia PLT was on a voluntary basis and the Board of Directors is not aware of any matter that need to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company.

The appointment of Messrs ChengCo PLT as the new Auditors of the Company is subject to the Company receiving the written consent to act as Auditors of the Company from Messrs ChengCo PLT pursuant to Section 264(5) of the Act.
