Pursuant to Rule 10.09(1) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”), the Board of Directors of Jaycorp Berhad ("Jaycorp" or "the Company") wishes to announce that the wholly-owned subsidiaries of the Company, Yeo Aik Hevea (M) Sdn Bhd ("YAH") and Yeo Aik Wood Sdn Bhd ("YAW") had in the ordinary course of business entered into recurrent related party transactions of a revenue and/or trading nature (“RRPT”) with PT. Tiga Mutiara Nusantara ("PTTMN"), a 46.25% joint-venture company of Jaycorp.

The aggregate value of the RRPT during the period from 1 August 2022 (the date where the first invoice issued by PTTMN to YAH and YAW) to 7 December 2022 had exceeded the threshold of Rule 10.09(1).
