The Board of Directors of Plenitude Berhad wishes to announce that the Company has applied to dissolve PT Concept Kreativ (“PTCK”), an inactive indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company incorporated in the Republic of Indonesia. In relation thereto, PT TMF Indonesia has been appointed as Liquidator for PTCK.

Plenitude has been notified on 5 September 2019 that the liquidation process has just been registered with the Ministry of Law and Human Rights ("MOLHR") of the Republic of Indonesia by virtue of MOLHR Decree No. AHU-AH.01.03-0160277 dated 21 March 2019.

PTCK was inactive since it became an indirect foreign subsidiary of Plenitude. The latest issued and paid up share capital of PTCK is Rp 8,319,000,000 (approximately RM2,466,913) divided into 8,319 shares. The winding up of PTCK is part of Plenitude’s efforts to streamline operations and optimize overall efficiencies. It will not have any significant financial and operational impact on Plenitude Group for the financial year ended 30 June 2019 and no material losses are expected to arise from the winding up.

None of the Directors and/or major shareholders of Plenitude and/or persons connected with them, has any direct or indirect interest in the winding up of PTCK.

A further announcement will be made when the liquidation has been completed.
