We refer to the announcements made on 8 July 2022, 23 August 2022, 21 October 2022, 3 November 2022 and 9 December 2022 in relation to the Rights Issue (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.
On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that the Company had on 9 December 2022 executed a deed poll constituting the Warrants (“Deed Poll”).
A copy of the Deed Poll will be made available for inspection at the registered office of the Company at No. 9A, Jalan Medan Tuanku, Medan Tuanku, 50300 Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan during normal business hours from 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) for the period of at least 6 months from the date of this announcement.
